○ CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. As a courtesy to all, we request that 24 hours notice be given if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Less than 12 hours notification will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. No-show appointments will be charged the full treatment fee. For groups of 3 or more, we require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. Clients using gift cards must also cancel within the required time or the gift card will be voided. This policy is strictly enforced as this courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.
