Policies & Spa Etiquette
1. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. As a courtesy to all, we request that 24 hours notice be given if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Less than 12 hours notification will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. No-show appointments will be charged the full treatment fee. For groups of 3 or more, we require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. Clients using gift cards must also cancel within the required time or the gift card will be voided. This policy is strictly enforced as this courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.
2. MINIMUM AGE
Spa facilities are available for guests 18 years of age and older.
3. GIFT CARDS
You may purchase gift cards for any dollar amount. Gift cards may be redeemed for spa and salon services or product purchases at the retail boutique. Please treat these as cash as we are unable to replace lost or stolen gift cards.
4. LATE ARRIVAL
As a courtesy to other scheduled clients, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time. The full service fee will be charged.
5. WHAT TO WEAR
Robes and slippers are provided for your comfort and convenience. Please bring a bathing suit for use in common area spa facilities.
6. USE OF SPA FACILITIES
The common area spa facilities (inclusive of the steam room, Jacuzzi, and rain shower) are available for up to 60 minutes prior to or following the duration of your services. Use of the common area spa facilities, without an appointment, requires a daily fee of $50.
7. GUEST LOCKERS
For your convenience, lockers are available during the duration of your spa services. Luxe Den is not responsible for lost or stolen items anywhere in the salon or spa facilities.
8. CELL PHONES AND CAMERAS
We strive to provide our guests with a tranquil escape from the outside world. Please help us by turning off cell phones and cameras upon entering the spa facilities.
9. PRICES
Prices are subject to change without notice. While every effort is made to keep our site as current as possible, some item changes may not have yet posted. Please confirm current prices when reserving your appointment at 212.971.6100. Questions regarding an online order should be directed to info at luxe-den.com.
10. GRATUITIES
Gratuities are a matter of personal discretion and should reflect your satisfaction with the services provided. Recommended gratuity is 20%.
